Usage
¡îThis product is 50% solid content of high concentration emulsion, can be used directly, or better using after thinning,using after diluting at the recommended ratio1: 2.5 (20% solids) or 1 :5 (10% solids) , and adjust the PH value of acetic acid to 6-6.5; The speed should not be too fast, otherwise the bubble more;
¡î After thinning, you can use exhausting method and continuous padding method:
Exhausting method: the dosage (20% solids) 1-4% (owf), temperature 30-40 ℃, 15-30min, bath ratio 1: 20-40;
Padding method: the dosage (20% solids) 10-40g / l, 120 ℃pre-bake, 150-180℃stereotypes baking;
Packaging and storage
50kg or 120kg plastic drums. Should be stored in a cool ventilated warehouse, to prevent exposure, storage period for half a year. |
